Our Virtual Mid Year Celebrations!

Lockdown’s not getting us down, thanks to our virtual Mid Year celebrations!

We had to swiftly shift our Mid Year Party from in-person to online, but our teams in New South Wales, ACT and Victoria had just as much fun!

We spent an amazing Friday afternoon with a magic show from virtual performer Adam Axford, who has effectively re-imagined his stage performance to maximise interaction and awe even when he is separated from his audience by a screen.

We then put our detective caps on – quite literally! – to solve a murder mystery!

Each Better Rehabber in NSW, ACT and VIC received a very mysterious package to their home address, which we opened together during the event. It turned out to be the tools we need to help us solve a mystery…Special thanks to Team Macquarie Park for this awesome photo collage!

The team also spent some time talking about which of our values resonated with us, along with specific examples from our work with our participants and the community that speak to these values.
