How does the Better Rewards Program work?

Great question! Better Rewards lets you reap the rewards of providing better support for participants.

Once you have logged 25 participant care hours (or the pro rata equivalent) in a week, you will start to earn Better Reward points at a rate of 100 per extra hour spent helping your participants, whether that’s seeing them or preparing resources or writing reports.

You can then redeem those points by choosing from a fantastic range of personalised rewards, including:
