In-home therapy services
We understand that not everyone is able to come to a clinic, or will feel comfortable in that environment. That’s why our clinicians can travel within a radius of their nearest clinic to treat participants in need.
Multidisciplinary mobile NDIS care
Many of our participants choose our in-home service, bringing personalised care directly into the comfort of their own homes.
Available across all our disciplines, this option offers the convenience and familiarity of receiving support where you feel most at ease.
In-home therapy lets participants access support wherever they are. Enquire today to learn more.
Mobile clinicians adds flexibility and convenience
With funding for travelled KMs calculated as per the NDIS price guidelines, we tailor our meeting location to what makes sense for our participants. That means we can meet in:
- Their home
- An SDA
- A school
- Community venue (e.g. restaurant of at the beach)
- Specific community function (e.g. train station, bus stop)

Our good news stories
FAQs
Do clinicians have a travel limit for mobile therapy?
Yes, our clinicians can travel a certain distance from their nearest clinic to give mobile therapy. This limit depends on how easy it is to get to you and keeping our care top-notch. We adhere to the NDIS guidelines for travel costs to make sure our services are easy to reach and still high quality.
For private paid participants, travel radius is not governed by the NDIS, so our clinicians can visit participants slightly further away. For exact travel limits near you, please get in touch with us.
Are all appointments fixed at a location, or is there flexibility?
We offer flexibility in appointment locations to accommodate our participants. Whether at home, school, a community venue, or another meaningful location, we meet where it makes the most sense. This flexibility is part of our commitment to providing convenient, personalised care.
Are mobile therapy services available for all disciplines?
Yes, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Positive Behaviour Support are available. This ensures comprehensive care is accessible wherever you are.
How are costs calculated for mobile therapy services?
Costs are calculated per the NDIS price guidelines, which consider travel time and distance. Transparency is important to us, so we discuss all costs with you upfront to ensure there are no surprises.
What are the benefits of mobile therapy compared to in-clinic services?
Mobile therapy offers several benefits, including:
- Convenience of receiving care in a familiar and comfortable environment
- Flexibility of choosing a location that suits your daily schedule
- Ability to integrate therapy more seamlessly into your life.
Many participants feel a comfortable setting helps enhance the effectiveness of their therapy.
What if I live outside the typical service area?
If you live outside our typical service area, please contact us to discuss your situation. We are committed to making our services as accessible as possible. If our travel radius doesn’t reach you, we will explore alternative solutions such as Telehealth.
