"Thriving in a Supportive Workplace"

After over a decade working as an Occupational Therapist across Pakistan, the UAE, and Australia, I’ve learned that a healthy workplace isn’t just about productivity, it’s about people. In previous roles, rigid hierarchies and toxic cultures left me drained and disconnected. But joining Better Rehab transformed my professional life.

Here, I’m respected, supported, and trusted. There’s no micromanagement, just genuine care for employee well-being. I’m more creative, fulfilled, and productive than ever because I’m in an environment that values humanity.

To anyone stuck in a toxic workplace: you deserve better. When people feel seen and empowered, everyone thrives.
