Meet Penny, a leader
who took the leap
Penny brings two decades of experience as an Occupational Therapist to her role as OT Clinical Lead in Melbourne, which she joined in 2022. With a background in both clinical practice and leadership, she has spent over a decade in senior roles, driving innovative approaches to therapy and participant care.
She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and studies Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University, equipping her with a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic insight to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals.
