How does Telehealth work for NDIS participants?
Telehealth is conducted over video call, allowing participants to receive care without needing to visit a clinic. These sessions offer the same quality of service as in-person visits.
What services are available for telehealth
All of our allied health services are available through telehealth. This includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Positive Behaviour Support.
Is telehealth available for multidisciplinary service agreements?
Yes, multidisciplinary service agreements are available through Telehealth.
How effective is Telehealth compared to in-clinic services?
For eligible participants, Telehealth offers the same level of quality as in-clinic.
Am I eligible to receive Telehealth services?
While Telehealth offers a convenient way to access therapy, it isn’t always appropriate. A combination of factors will determine whether you can receive Telehealth.
