Who can access Better Rehab’s NDIS Telehealth services?

Our Telehealth services are available to all NDIS participants across Australia. It is especially beneficial people who can’t travel or live in regional/ remote areas.

Telehealth is conducted over video call, allowing participants to receive care without needing to visit a clinic. These sessions offer the same quality of service as in-person visits.

All of our allied health services are available through telehealth. This includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Positive Behaviour Support.

Yes, multidisciplinary service agreements are available through Telehealth.

For eligible participants, Telehealth offers the same level of quality as in-clinic.

While Telehealth offers a convenient way to access therapy, it isn’t always appropriate. A combination of factors will determine whether you can receive Telehealth.
