Transitioning from university to full-time work can be both exciting and daunting, but Better Rehab is here to help!
Our industry-leading Graduate Program will set you up for a rewarding career as an Allied Health clinician at Better Rehab. You will start your journey with a cohort of likeminded individuals, celebrating successes and facing challenges together.
Our fun and structured Graduate Program runs for 12 months and has been designed to provide a practical and positive experience, focusing on both your personal and professional growth. You will be fully supported to meet your clinical competencies so that by the end of the program, you will have the skills and confidence you need to make life better for participants.
Experience a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.
The first day is held in a central location where you will meet other Graduates in your cohort. Throughout the week, you will be able to attend virtual workshops led by members of our Leadership Team, as well as have the opportunity to shadow senior clinicians on participant visits.
Receive an initial six months of intensive induction, training and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the program and your future career.
Be paired with an experienced supervisor who will meet with you each week to provide 1:1 clinical support, guide your internal and external professional development activities, and answer any questions.
Work within a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team with whom you will collaborate and learn from. In some cases, you will share participants with a clinician from another discipline and will work in partnership to provide a holistic approach to therapy.
Receive mentoring and support to help you get the most from the program and ensure you are able to deliver better participant outcomes.
Enjoy team-bonding activities including charity and supplier events, staff parties and events, and holiday celebrations such as Halloween and Easter.
