David improves his fitness and mental health

Exercise Physiology helped David improve his energy levels!

After years of dealing with low energy levels, David began working with Brooke, one of our Exercise Physiologists, to return to a daily exercise routine. After only a month, both David and Brooke have noticed a huge difference in his overall fitness and mental health.

Now David is able to sleep better, hold a conversation while walking, walk upstairs and downstairs without heavily relying on the handrail and, most importantly, finally go to the beach and get in the water!

David is very excited to continue his amazing progress by continuing to increase his strength and fitness. This will help make daily tasks a lot easier by assisting with his energy levels and day to day function.
