Joining our Launceston team, you’ll manage a varied, mixed NDIS caseload across the lifespan, working with participants with both developmental and acquired disabilities. Your caseload will include a balance of paediatric and adult clients, with opportunities to work on complex assistive technology, equipment prescription, and home modifications.
You’ll be supported by an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist, along with an AWESOME Regional Manager and Clinical Lead, giving you access to strong clinical guidance while still enjoying autonomy and flexibility in your role. The position also offers the option to work fully remotely while supporting the local Launceston community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to help grow our presence in Launceston. You’ll play a key role in developing local services, contributing to team growth, and making a meaningful impact within the community.
Day-to-day you will:
- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants’ homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
- Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you’re dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you’ll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

You will also hold:
- Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
